RENTER FORMS

RENT

Pay your rent online through the online tenant portal. Tenants can pay with a debit and credit card or with their account and routing numbers through the eCheck option. Online payments can be set up automatically so rent can always be paid on time.

Maintenance

Tenants are responsible to treat the property as if it were their own. Tenants are responsible for routine minor repairs and are required to comply with any maintenance and sanitation requirements imposed by local housing codes. Tenants must comply with the move-out cleaning requirement and return the unit in the same or better condition as it was given at move-in in order to receive the full security deposit within 21-days of move out. If you need work to be performed, please upload a maintenance request through your online tenant portal. 

Renter’s Insurance

Personal renter’s insurance is a great way to ensure your personal items inside the unit are protected against several types of losses including personal property damage, temporary living expenses, and injury or damage stemming from your negligence or that of your family members. It is better to be safe than sorry!

Home Care


Many items used in the bathroom were not designed to be flushed and can cause clogs in your toilet, drain lines, and at your local water treatment plant. Do not flush any wipes that say “flushable”. Flushable wipes do not fall apart when they are wet. In fact, they hold together better than paper towels. Therefore, they don’t disintegrate, and can very easily clog the sewer line. The following should never be flushed under any circumstances:


  • Paper towels
  • Facial tissues
  • Baby wipes
  • Feminine products
  • Hand or surface wipes 
  • Motor oil
  • Antifreeze
  • Prescription/over the counter medication
  • Paint
  • Nail polish


Pouring grease, oil, or animal fat down the sink or toilet is never acceptable. Hot grease is fluid and seems easy to pour down a drain; however, when grease’s temperature lowers, it solidifies, forming a clog that is difficult to remove.
